This is a one-on-one private coaching program with Meaghan that you can start at any time. Over 6 weeks, you’ll work together to address your existing health concerns, improve your energy and reclaim your vitality.
This program is for you if you prefer the familiarity of working one-on-one with a coach, especially if you’re just starting out to regain your health and get back on track. This is helpful if you know you need to improve your health, but don’t currently have any complex health problems.
