The next intake for this group coaching program with Meaghan starts on 24th July 2023. Over 10 weeks, you’ll receive both private consultations and fortnightly online group coaching calls to support your goals using a medically approved gut healing protocol. This protocol uses scientifically proven methods to reduce inflammation, restore gut microbiota, rebalance your physiology and support your body to easily release weight (up to 10kg or more during the program). But it’s not just about weight. This protocol also supports clients who don’t want lose weight, but still want to improve their health by resetting their gut, balancing their hormones and sugar levels and improving their sleep.
This program is for you if you enjoy the best of both worlds: connecting with a small, like-minded community of women who are on a similar journey to you and the familiarity of working one-on-one with a coach.
