Healthy Breakfast Smoothie by Bio-Alai
May 22, 2024Finding a quick, healthy and satisfying breakfast is something most of my clients say is a challenge. This is the Bio-Alai smoothie, and it's an excellent way to get a good supply of nutrients to fuel your cells throughout the day. Dr Agnes recommends a smoothie on the Bio-Alai Protocol, as a liquid breakfast is easier on the gut after an overnight fast than solid foods.

BIO-ALAI FRIENDLY - Therapeutic Stage

Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup of mixed spinach and kale
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1⁄2 small cucumber
- 1⁄2 small zucchini
- 1⁄2 avocado or 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder or 5 amino acids tablets
- 1⁄2 handful of mint or parsley
- 1 pinky tip cube of ginger
- 1⁄4 lemon, no rind
- Stevia (optional)
- 200mls water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
For Green Goodness:
- Add 1 apple & cinnamon
For Berry Delight:
- Add 1 cup berries & pure vanilla essence
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
Get ready to feel fully charged for the morning.
